Custom Wood Shipping Crates Since 1917
Quick-Crate® represents a new generation of collapsible, stackable shipping crate systems, with features not found in other wooden crate systems. Quick Crates are engineered from plywood for phenomenal strength and product protection. The US Army has certified our shipping crates to transport four thousand pounds of live ammunition and stack three high when loaded. This translates to a stacking capacity of 12,000 pounds—six tons! Very few crates in the marketplace can boast that claim. This gives Quick-Crates a unique advantage for use in the aerospace, automotive, military, trade show, and warehouse/logistics industries.

Reusable Crates
Our shipping crates are held together with removable spring steel clips. This feature makes our crates fully collapsible. One person can assemble or disassemble a Quick-Crate® in two to three minutes with no screws, nails or metal bands. The collapsible nature of our crates makes Quick-Crates ideal for reusable programs and creates significant savings in storage and return freight costs. In addition to being an environmentally friendly product, Quick-Crates actually pay for themselves after the second or third return trip. One-Way Shipping
For applications where it's not feasible to have the crates returned, we also offer a line of one-way crates. Our one-way crates typically cost 30-40% less than our reusable crates and have most of the same benefits. Quick-Crate's one-way and the reusable crates are both ISPM-15 compliant so export is no problem.

Customizable Features to Accommodate Your Needs
Roughly 95% of the shipping crates we build are application specific (length, width, height, and pallet entry and load capacity). We also offer an impressive list of add-ons such as paint, bar codes, internal dunnage, casters and ramps. Our engineering staff prides itself on designing crates that exceed our customers' expectations. For customers who need only one or two crates or have no particular need for custom-sizing, we also offer a line of standard sizes, including specially designed motorcycle crates and pick-up truck crates.
